2. Service Description
Devabhau Sahakar Taxi provides a technology platform for taxi-related services, including driver onboarding, ride booking support, trip management, notifications, payments, support and administrative verification.
Service availability may depend on location, driver availability, network connectivity, third-party integrations, regulatory approvals and operational conditions.
3. Driver Eligibility
Driver partners must be legally eligible to drive, must hold valid driving documents, vehicle documents, permits, insurance and other approvals required by applicable law.
Drivers must provide true, complete and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may lead to rejection, suspension, termination or legal action.
4. Account and Verification
Submitting a registration form does not guarantee approval. Applications may be reviewed, verified, approved, rejected, suspended or placed on hold at our discretion or due to compliance requirements.
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activities carried out through their account.
5. User and Driver Responsibilities
Users and drivers must comply with applicable law, transport rules, traffic rules, safety requirements, platform policies and lawful instructions from authorities.
Drivers must maintain vehicle fitness, cleanliness, valid documents, polite conduct, safe driving standards and timely communication with customers and support teams.
6. Fares, Payments and Wallet
Fares, commissions, service fees, cancellation charges, taxes, incentives, wallet balances and payouts may be calculated according to platform rules, service configuration and applicable law.
Payment gateway, bank, UPI and wallet transactions may be subject to third-party processing times, failures, limits and verification requirements.
7. Cancellations, Refunds and Disputes
Cancellation rules, refund eligibility and charges may vary by ride status, reason, distance, driver arrival, customer behavior and platform policy.
Disputes must be reported to support within a reasonable time. We may review trip records, location logs, payment records and communication history before taking action.
8. Location and Communication
Users and drivers agree that location information may be used for ride assignment, live tracking, route calculation, fare calculation, safety, dispute resolution and support.
Users and drivers may receive calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, push notifications and emails related to registration, verification, trips, payments, support and service updates.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users and drivers must not misuse the platform, submit false documents, create fake accounts, manipulate fares, harass others, violate laws, abuse support channels, interfere with app security or use the service for unlawful purposes.
10. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate third-party services such as maps, payment gateways, messaging providers, cloud hosting and analytics. We are not responsible for interruptions, delays or errors caused by third-party services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devabhau Sahakar Taxi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, service interruptions, network failures, third-party failures or losses arising from misuse of the platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access if there is suspected fraud, policy violation, illegal activity, safety risk, document mismatch, payment issue or misuse of the platform.
13. Intellectual Property
Website, app, logo, brand name, design, code, content and platform features belong to Devabhau Sahakar Taxi or its licensors and may not be copied, misused or reproduced without permission.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
